When I attempt to convert the DVD to an MKV file, with closed captioning, the software does not generate an output file. FPS goes from about 200 fps quickly to 100fps, then down to 20 and slowly goes to 0 where it stays until I hit 'cancel'.
If I attempt to convert the file to an MKV file WITHOUT closed captioning, the file converts fine.
