BD Ripper (3D Plus) Rip to MP4 Hangs at 99%

DVDFab Version 9.3.1.2
Win 7- No changes H/W or S/W, other than DVDFab upgrades
BD Ripping from BD to MP4 - One Pass - Default MP4 Profile HQ
BD Disc Set - Sharpe: Classic Collection Cat # 3711534213 Region B
DVD Fab hangs when ripping episode (two per disc) @ 99%. No crash, just hangs. Attempted with all GPU Codecs disabled and Lightning Shrink Decoding off - Same result. Attempted one episode per session, same result.

Log attached including after Cancel entries.

Thanks October262, I have been using DVDFab for almost five years so this isn't my first rodeo. What I am experiencing is a problem with a particular disc that reqs expert input from DVDFab central.

Seems this is interlaced video and Fab had a problem with this before try using Fab version 8qt it worked in the past you can get it on the front page and have it and version 9 on the same drive together it will install to a different folder.

OK on advice from 3dman7 (thanks) using 8qt has enabled me to rip individual episodes from Discs 1, 2, 3 & 5. This is with all h/w codecs disabled. Disc 4 is requesting that DVDFab be updated. Will try that disc with Fab 9 later. Too soon to call this solved and any further advice from Fab central would be appreciated. Looking promising at the moment though.

This is just a temp. work around staff will still need to fix it for version 9.
Was the video encoded by VC-1?

OK latest update is that all discs of the set have ripped using DVDFab 8qt EXCEPT Disc 4 which requests and update to 8qt on trying to open the disc. Have attempted with DVDFab 9, H/W on and off to no avail, it still hangs at 99%. Can we have some input from DVDFab central please. As 3dman7 said, this is just a temp workaround on the other discs and a full fail on disc 4.

If you want to try this till Fab looks at this clone the trouble disk to hard drive using the latest version 9 this way copy protection is out then use 8qt to do the conversion see if this will work.You can also send all the info.including log files to support if Fab doesn't answer here.

Cloned BD to HDD with no problems. Tried to Rip ISO with DVDFab 9 and still hangs at 99%. Also just ripped the new Jungle Book with no problems. Log enclosed for the ISO Rip. Trying the ISO RIP with 8qt and it seems to be running OK, fingers crossed.

OK the above was a success so now have the full box set ripped, however as stated by 3dman7, this is a workaround not a fix so still needs addressing by DVDFab central, who have yet to comment on this problem despit logs being submitted in the correct fashion. Many thanks again to 3dman7.
