BD Ripper (3D Plus) Planes crashes DVDfab

I am going through and ripping a few of my movies and it has been going fine for a long time until I got to the Disney movie Planes. As soon as I start the rip of that movie DVDFab and my video drivers both crash. I have tired it several times and it is the same each time. I updated my video drivers to see if that would fix it, but it did not. I tried ripping another Disney movie Monsters University and that worked fine. When I try again with Planes again it crashes both the video drivers and DVDFab.

    I have attached the logs

Nope, it takes forever to rip a bluray with software only. It would be nice to know why this movie is causing the problem and no others.

try downgrading to an older video card driver.

That still does not answer my question, why this movie?

So I tried setting everything to software, and what do you know, after 3 hours, and at 99% it failed. Here are the new logs

Switch audio to acc or ac3 for mp4 and try again or switch to mkv. It's the 7.1 DCA sound i believe mp-4 doesn't do.
