DVD Ripper Scrambled video 9.3.2.1 and 10.0.0.3

I'm getting some scrambled video on DVDs from the Angel series. It started on season 5 disc 2.

Enclosed is a log file from 9.3.2.1 and 10.0.0.3 which have the scrambled video.

Also enclosed is a log file from 9.3.1.6 which works.

DVD cloud service issue?

Please try it again with DVDFab 9321 or DVDFab 10 and tell me the result, did a fix in server, thanks!

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
