I've ripped GoT without a problem, are you sure it's not a bad disk, can you play it in a standalone BluRay player?

Try converting with all software in fab setting for gpu.

I can end this post now. After trying the recommendations and getting the same results, I did what I should have done first. I looked at the disk and found the problem. A partial fingerprint on the outer edge. I cleaned it and it worked. Appologies for wasting everyones time and forum space.
