The task shall start in a couple of minutes

...a couple of days? 20-40 minutes of this
No joy with Windows 7/DVDFab 10. Same disc working right now with DVDFab 9 on same PC.

Log file from 10 is attached.
    Attached Files
I'll stop copying movies when I can watch the movies I own without FBI warnings, forced trailers, commentary notices, etc. etc.

So the movie works fine (same PC, same drive, same disc) with DF9.
To add to the confusion, DF10 worked fine on another movie, later in the day.

Did you have the same problem every time?

FabProcess will re-open the disc again when staring the task but failed to open MECHANIC_RESURRECTION.

Same problem with me in versions 10.0.1.0 and version 10.0.1.1 have to go back to versions 9 which works fine. Was ok in 10.0.0.7

Yes, it was the same problem. The next movie I tried with DF10 (Alice Through the Looking Glass) worked fine.
Mechanic: Resurrection worked fine with DF9. Just a hinky disc? If so why would 10 have problems 9 did not?

It's not a hinky disc. It's the program.I had the Movie Ben - Hur and it did not work with 10.0.1.0 and 10.0.1.1 but it worked with version 10.0.0.7 perfect .I've not tried another movie as yet but common sense tells me the program has a fault.

              Hi,

please copy out all files of the original disc except BDMV/STREAM/*.m2ts, zip them & DVDFab log files and then attach the zipped file here, thanks!

If you do not own the disc you have no right copying it, give this a read through before posting again http://forum.dvdfab.cn/showthread.php?t=122
Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.
