I ripped a couple of disks in MP4 and was going to put them on a jump drive went fine except there were subtitles, formatted my jump and removed the subtitles when I clicked start it shows that an error occurred and closes the program. Been looking at it for a while not seeing the issue, any direction of what I may be missing would be appreciated

Work around
I was able to open my last v9 and they copied fine once I got rid of the subtitlesComment
