BD Ripper (3D Plus) Clone Wars break down by episode

I'm ripping Star Wars Clone Wars BluRay and would like to break them down to each episode. Unfortunately, DVDFab only sees a single title under "choose other titles". I've clicked "preserve chapters" and "split by chapter", but the chapters are random and not associated with the episodes.

Any suggestions on what I can do?
