BD Ripper (3D Plus) Can't Rip 2005 Dark Shadows movie Blu-ray

I am running Mac OS X 10.11.6, using DVDfab 9 version 9.3.1.8 and DVDfab 10 version 10.0.1.9.
DVDfab 9 gets stuck at 0% and nothing happens.
DVDfab 10 indicates "Process Failed" and error reads:
17:30:41 Conversion: one pass
17:30:44 Work 1 failed, Error = graph not_suitable_connected_filter graph(0) - pinName:video frame

Please help!

Solved

Turned off Pathplayer and it ripped successfully.
