BD Ripper (3D Plus) No audio

I have a BR which was made on a Panasonic recorder, it plays on the recorder and my PC.

I have tried different formats to rip to, but each one only has the video, none of them have any audio.


Anyone got any ideas ?

is the disc finalized on the recorder ??
you might try the clone mode option.

Yes it has, would the clone mode just make a iso file ?

Clone would make a 1.1 copy of the original disc

So then burn the iso to a BR and see if there is audio ?

I got a real good idea! post the Fab internal log file for the rip in question only then can anyone help you.

More details please

Could you tell us:

1. What ripping profile you are using for the audio, is it passed through with no changes from the disc, i.e. is it DTD-MA on the disc and in the output file, or are you reprocessing audio to a different format?

2. What is the playback device where no audio is being heard?

3. Have you run a tool like MediaInfo to see whether any audio track is being included in the output file?
