BD Ripper (3D Plus) Unknown Error

I have been trying for the last 4 days to rip "Mars" and it keeps giving me "An unknown error has occurred. Please check if there is a new version of the DVDFab website"

Four days ago, it ripped Disc 1 fine and then on Disc 2 it ripped the first 2 tracks and failed part way through 802.(There are 3 episodes per Blu-ray disc) When I tried it again, it failed to even finish reading it and gave me the above message.

I read on the forums how this was a "server error" so I figured I'd wait and try again. However, I'm now at 4 days later and upgraded to 10.0.4.0 and I can't rip the last episode on the disc as it keeps giving me this error.

How do I get around this?

Post your Fab internal log file for this disk cut and paste into notepad upload as a attachment.Make sure your using the latest version of Fab.The last disk in the folder is the last disk you did it will start with Fab version.
Try version 9 see if it will work till they fix this.

Again, this worked for all three episodes on Disc 1 and two of the episodes on Disc 2 before it crashed. Then after I restarted 10, I have been getting this error ever since. I have attached all the log files from 10 on this message. Let me know if you need anything else.
