BD Ripper (3D Plus) Chapter issues with DVDFab 10

What is the best way to troubleshoot a chapter issue in DVDFab 10? Specifically, after creating an MKV file, when I try to scan to the next chapter on my Oppo BDP-93 player, the picture freezes and none of the function keys work on my player. To get the player functional I have to turn the player off then turn it back on. I am currently using DVDFab v 10.0.4.2.

This has been an ongoing issue with DVDFab 10. The only way to work around this issue is to use DVDFab 9, where the problem does not occur.

Log files for 9 to 5

Here are the log files for "9 to 5" to assist in troubleshooting next chapter issue for MKV files. I've included both the DVDFab 10 (where the picture freezes) and DVDFab 9 (where there is no issue when skipping to the next chapter).

Also, I verified that the preserve chapters box is checked in advanced settings. Thanks for any assistance.

Issue resolved by using DVDFab 10 (x64).
