Ripping does not complete

    DVD Ripper Ripping does not complete

    I have tried ripping three different DVDs of mine using the latest version of dvdfab. While the programs completes the ripping to 100%, the program does not complete the file and will keep running until I stop it by cancelling the task. In addition, the video that was ripped will not play. Please advise.

      Hi,

      Would you please update to the new version 10043 and try again?

      We did some fix for the AVI profile.

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
