Add ISO causes Ripper to show "Loading" then simply ends

Brand new disc of The Princess and The Frog (2009). Performed Bluray Copy in full copy mode BD50, etc.

Copy shows "perfect copy" completed.

Opening using Ripper by going to Add+, selecting ISO causes the ISO to have a loading screen for a few seconds. Loading screen disappears but ISO is not loaded.

Only 1 error in logs.

Notes...
Prior to this latest release, similar issue would happen but Ripper would said "Failed to Load".
Tried BDFix
Tried changing ISO type (with or w/o certificates options in the settings and re-running even the copy step.
Disc takes "forever" -- 2-4 minutes -- to open even for BD Copy.
Brand new disc, no fingerprints, smudges, dirt, dust, scratches, etc.
Disc drive read all of the other films I've put in that I own w/o issue in DVDFab.
Bluray players play from the disc without issue.

If this is believed to be a Copy issue, I can move the post to that forum.

Post the logs first make sure your using the latest Fab version.

Try this clean the disk anyway then use the clone disk it will make a exact copy as a iso.
Also post the whole log if this doesn't work the top was cut off so we can't tell the version of Fab you used.
