BD Ripper (3D Plus) MKV.H265 1 Pass is setting Color Range as PC!

So I've been trying to figure out why movies I rip with 1pass MKV.H265 High Quality, look like garbage.
To avoid this problem I just switched to 2pass MKV.H265 High quality.

It looks like there's a bug with 1pass MKV.H265 where the Color Range gets set to PC and not TV, so Full instead of Limited.

I don't remember what version I was using when I ripped this movie (at least 10.0.4.5 or later), but I'm going to test the new 64bit version 10.0.5.2 with 1pass MKV.H265 and see if the Color Range still gets set to PC or correctly sets it as TV. If it's still wrong, I will attach the internal.log file.

    Just re-ripped this movie with the 64bit version 10.0.5.2 in MKV.H265 1pass and there's definitely a bug.
The Color Range gets set incorrectly to PC instead of TV when using MKV.H265 1pass.
MKV.H265 2pass works correctly but takes 600% longer to rip with my PC.

Can we get this bug resolved please.
    Thank you.

Here is the internal log for reference.
      I did an H265 1pass and an H264 2pass.
