Audio Disappearing during DVD Rip

While trying to rip some of the bonus features off of The League S1 disc 1 and 2 the audio mysteriously disappears. I am ripping to an AVI and the audio isn't there even with or without the copy audio box selected. It does work if I rip to an MP4. The main episodes rip perfectly in either format. Enclosed are some log files. I also have screenshots of Power DVD 17 with the info displayed. Let me know if you want me to send the screenshots or anything else. Thanks

Something strange that I did notice though, while trying to rip to an AVI the GUI deselected the audio tracks on the first disc when I selected the titles I wanted to copy on the second disc.
