BD Ripper (3D Plus) Blu-ray Ripper Randomly not opening discs.

I'm not sure when this started, but it seems Blu-ray Ripper is randomly not being able to open discs. The disc seems perfectly fine. One minute the disc will open, the next minute won't. Also when ripping titles on a disk that did open, it will randomly fail on random titles. I've used different drives to try and eliminate things. But I haven't been able to figure it out. Enclosed are some of the log files, and screenshot of the error message. Let me know if anything else will help.
