When ripping Blu Ray discs using MKV profile, programs says rip successful, but I only get audio, no video using VLC. I usually use MP4 profile, but am switching to MKV to copy DTS HDMA audio tracks.

Hi,
1. Please use DVDFab Player 5 to playback the mkv file and see if it will make a difference.
2. Please go to Common Settings>General>A/V Codec, tick the "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" try again.
If still have problem, post the latest dvdfab_internal.log file and fabcheck_internal.log file.
(you can remove the current log file before try again, it will generate new log files. )
