DVD Ripper Switching Between Blu-Ray and DVD Ripping

If I have a profile selected, when I switch between BD/DVD to rip the settings are not being kept, so what happens is that the quality, audio and subtitles are reset to defaults, is there anyway to get the software to keep the same settings for ripping between the two types.

I've only just realised after doing a few dvd's and found that the subtitles were on permanently, so now having to go back a redo them

You can save your settings by clicking the highlighted button in the attachment, you might have to make a profile for DVD and one for BD. Just name them as such:
