BD Ripper (3D Plus) Spitfire Bluray will not rip

Bit strange this one, DVDFAB recognises the disk and reads it, you can open the preview window etc. But when you rip the disk, nothing happens for about 20 minutes, no update to the %age progress which stays at 0%, then it says job complete and that's it. It's able to copy the Bluray to disk and the resulting copy is readable, but it still can't rip it, though Handbrake can. The log output is unremarkable, as far as DVDFab is concerned everything went perfectly...

Also, next time, please do not copy and past the log file to the text area, you can attach the dvdfab_internal.log session as attachment. Thanks in advance.

UPDATE：

I have downloaded the file, and started testing it now. By now, the process works.

Please go to Common Settings>General>A/V Codec, tick the "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" box to copy/convert again and see if it will make a difference on your side.

If still have problem, please feedback with the latest dvdfab_internal.log file and fabcheck_internal.log file.
