BD Ripper (3D Plus) How to rip titles that are chapter subsets in batch?

The Star Wars Clone Wars Blu-ray disks have all of the episodes in a single big track with each episode being a subset of the chapters - 1-4 are episode 1, 5-8 are episode 2, etc. How can I rip these in bulk? The UI only allows me to select the track once, and I need it selected 8 times with a different chapter set selected each time. Right now it seems I have to rip each episode individually, which makes it take 8 times longer.

You can right click on the movie title, and then select Copy Source to duplicate it, and select different chapter sections for each title to proceed.
