2 Movies that won't audio sync.

I am tring to rip and convert both:
- Fantastic Four (extended edition) and
- The Goonies
to .mkv.

I use DvdFab, version 6.2.0.5

I rip the movie using Dvd to Dvd using DVD9/100%.
Then I use Dvd to Mobile to convert the file.
I've tried .mkv, .avi, .mp4, .flv, and others and always the last half of the audio doesn't sync up.

The checkbox for the "remove layer break" is checked.

Does anyone have any idea as to why it's only these two movies. (so far)
Are there any suggestions?

Fantastic Four is still not synching up.
Should I change the audio bitRate also?
Would that help?

I don't think you'll have any luck.

I'll bet my bottom dollar that there is something funny in the way these titles are authored.

I have seen this happen before when the audio & video bitrate of the original DVD are incorrectly identified.

I would send the disk info to Fab. Not much else that you can do.
