When ripping DVDs of a TV series Ripper is not finding and ripping all of the episodes. This happens at an inconsistent rate. For example, if a series had 13 episodes in a season discs 1,2 and 3 would have 3 episodes on each disc and discs 4 and 5 would have two episodes each. When I rip disc 1 only the first episode is seen and ripped. Same for discs 4 and 5. Only the first episode on each disc is seen and ripped. On discs 2 and 3 I was able to get all of the episodes. BTW, the TV series this is happening with is Outlander. I was able to rip season one just fine but seasons 2,3, and 4 have been a bear! What gives?
