    Hi,

you can disable it from Common Settings -> Blu-ray -> Disc Messenger.

But why you want to disable it? It can notify you when your discs are supported.

    Thanks!

    Wilson
Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

    Thanks!

I disabled the notification because it wouldn't stop notifying me of the last two movies that have become supported. I had DVDFab open for a couple hours and I was notified about 5 times.
One notification after starting the program is enough. Every time I finished ripping a movie, I had to clear the notification for supported movies. That's ridiculous.
Thank you for the notification, but once is enough. I'll leave it off until you change the frequency.

        Hi,

You mean that the same discs are show in Disc Messenger for 5 times? The supported disc should be notify you once only, we will check it ASAP.

        Please PM your DVDFab account.

        Thanks!

Yes it was the same movies being shown in the notification.

I will enable it and see how it works.

Thank you for checking on this.
