Need help transfering to iTunes

I converted a copy of Transformers to my HDD using DVD to Mobile. It would not transfer to iTunes and now i have a copy of this movie in MPEG 4 format on my HDD. How can I attempt to transfer it to the iTunes library again?

Let me ask it another way then, If i have a copy of Transformers on my HDD in MPEG4 format, what is the best way to transfer it into a mobile device (Ipod/iTunes).

Import it into iTunes.

Again, read the "HELP" on iTunes on how to do this.
