BD Ripper (3D Plus) BluRay to h265 12bit isn't using CUDA

Hi there!

I'm trying to compress some Blu Ray's to free up space on my NAS.

I'm experimenting with H265:

MKV HEVC Profile (Not 4K, Not 3D, Not 10/12 Bit) Used CUDA, about 450FPS conversion
MKV H265 Profile 10 bit (Not 4K, Not 3D) CUDA finished a bit longer - about 250FPS conversion
MKV H265 Profile 12 bit (Not 4K, Not 3D) Screen shows CUDA, but no GPU useage, conversion at 25FPS

Is this a known issue? If not I'll do another run and provide logs.

Please attach the log session from your dvdfab_internal and fabcheck-internal.log file regarding the tests first, I will have the developer check and get back to you. Thanks in avdance.

Ok, will do, I just started another encode, once it's done I'll clear the logs and do another 12 bit so I can send the logs.
