If you mean this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07T4MSM6L, then it should rip, I ripped it when it came out without a problem. Though the mastering sucks, with with a large section of letterboxed content stuck in a 4:3 frame because that's how the idiots who did the mastering decide to do it.

Please go to Common Settings>General>A/V Codec, tick the "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" box and uncheck the option "Enable Lightning-Recoding when applicable (accelerate H.264 software decoding and encoding)" to convert again and see if it will make a difference.
