The Gentlemen fails to open on inserting disc, Blu-Ray Rip software locks up and forces to be closed with CTRL-ALT-DEL.

Do you have the "lock up" issue with other movie discs? If yes, please try to uninstall and reinstall the drive to try again.

If the "lock up" issue is only with the movie "The Gentlemen", please try again and send us the crash report.
Also, please provide the buy link for getting the same movie disc.
If you can create a P-ISO file to help us check out the issue that would be great.
