File to Mobile freezes after 40%

I am trying to convert a MP4 h.264 file to xvid avi.
At about 40% DVDFab just sits there and says "time left is 0.00. Could it possible be the file I am trying to convert?

    These are the settings:
    rx-fpwl-r5-x264.mp4
    Original Frame Resolution (720¡Á304)
    Original Aspect Ratio (2.37:1)
    Cropped Aspect Ratio (2.37:1)
    Source Zoom: 67%
    Output Zoom: 60%
    Output Size: 688¡Á288

This is the only log file

    Internal Log

    DVDFab 6.2.1.8 (2010/03/06 11:06:48)

    0m 05.94s: detected dvd
    0m 06.19s: drive D
    0m 06.19s: video dvd 0
    0m 06.19s: volume label HMV2

On the second attempt the progress reaches 20% then DVDFab says completed successfully but the resulting file size is small and will not play.
