BD Ripper (3D Plus) Never Say Never Again - Japanese Import - Audio Sync Issues

I am having an issue with ripping the Never Say Never Again Japanese Import. Any way that I have tried ripping it has resulted in serious audio sync issues. The disc works fine when played on the Xbox one S and when previewed in DVDfab. I am playing the file in windows movies and TV app in win 10 and through plex to various devices.

These are my standard settings:

• H264 MKV
• CRF 18
• Copy Audio
• CUDA decode - Software encode

Things I have tried:

• re-encoding audio to AC3
• re-encoding to a higher framerate
• All software encode/decoode
• All Cuda encode/decode
• updating to the latest version of DVDfab 11.0.9.4
• using an older version of DVDfab

Any help on getting this to successfully rip would be appreciated.

Please use Copy - Clone mode to create an ISO file and then convert from the ISO file to see if the file played well or not.

If still have problem, please send us the ISO file as source to help check the issue.
