With the latest update the MKV MVC 3D Ripper does not work anymore. Passthrough still works, but if you try to encode 3D video to reduce filesize only one video stream is created, which isn't a stereo video stream needed for MVC to work.

Hello,
i have done a small clip to demonstrate the MKV / MVC Issue. I loaded a 3D ISO and did an MVC Encoding as well as Passthrough Test. The Passthrough shows AVC Stereo but the MVC Encoding only encodes one Eye Video. Here is the clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ww6k_cP5gcI
I also uploaded a log file.
Both encodings were cancelled after a couple of seconds to show the results quickly. It does not make any difference if the encoding was stopped or finished. If needed i can do another log with the full encoding process.
As far as i remember the MVC Encoding worked at least until May.
