BD Ripper (3D Plus) Problem with german Bluray "Prospect"

When I try to rip the German Bluray Prospect, it takes only 3 seconds and is ready. The file is then only 6 MB in size.
The English version can be ripped normally

Please send us the dvdfab_internal log file for the German Bluray Prospect as well.
Also, please open the original movie disc in Windows Explorer, make a folder containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip it and upload it to our FTP site. Please check PM for FTP info (please check pm). Thanks.

The source is a copy, not an original movie disc. If you still have the original movie disc, please give it a try first.

Please open the original movie disc in Windows File Explorer, make a folder containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip it, and upload it to our FTP site.

Please send the BDinfo of this movie as well, you can find it at C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab12\BDInfo.

I have passed the file to the developer for checking.
Meanwhile, to clarify, yours is a UHD version, not a regular Blu-ray.
And did you check the Other Titles panel, and no other titles to pick for the process?
The output is only 6MB, without any error in the process?

Yes, it's the UHD version. The BD version could be ripped w/o any issue.

For ripping the german title I only checked this one specific title, not any other title at the same time. There was no error during the process.
I also tried to rip the english version which worked (full movie w/o any error).
