All Titles read the same

Don't know if it's an issue with the ripper or just something I have set wrong but trying to rip Battlestar Galactica blu ray and season 2 disk 4 all the titles read "Battlestar Galactica - S02E01 - Battlestar Galactica - s02e01 - Scattered"
