Which license would you need to purchase just to use the "blu-ray to mobile" option?

Blu-Ray to Mobile is still in Beta and not available for purchase. We are not privy to DVDFab business information. For DVD to Mobile to you need to have DVD to DVD also. We'll have to wait and see what happens on Blu-Ray.
