Reproducable crash when conveting to iPhone

Using File to Mobile
Select iPod / iPhone
Load an AVI file as Source
Press play to verify reading file... all ok
Select Profile iPhone
** Crash **

Work Around...
Using File to Mobile
Select iPod / iPhone
Load an AVI file as Source
Press play to verify reading file... all ok
Click Edit to the right of the Profile drop down
Choose iPhone from the top drop down
Click OK
Now the settings are set to iPhone
Click Start
