Which MKV setting, remux or h264.audiocopy

First let me start by saying I love this product. Secondly, did a Blu-Ray to mobile using PS3 with a custom 1920x1080 and bitrate all the way up, and it came out great for playing on my PS3. Now I'm trying to do an MKV with the bitrate all the way up but what setting, remux or h264 audiocopy? THANKS!

remux uses the passthrough method meaning no compression will be applied and h264 will use compression.
