Ripping Blu-Ray of "Schizo" but stops at 2%

I'm ripping the Blu-Ray "Schizo" which gets detected with no problem. I start the process and I get to around 2% and it seems to stop processing. I have enclosed a zipped copy of the internal log and I have done the following:

Converted to .iso and tried again - same problem
Disabled all gpu codecs and tried again - same problem
Ripped the blu-ray using AnyDVDHD, tried the above with the rip - same problem
Updated graphics drivers and DVDFab to the latest versions. - same problem

What's produces gives a good picture but the sound is a constant scratchy hiss. Each time the rip is up to about 3m 12s into the film.

Any idea how to fix this? Other disks have worked fine.

The log file is empty.
Please try again and post the dvdfab_internal log file and the fabcheck_internal log file.

Also, do you have the same issue with other Blu-rays?

My apologies. This be the right log file.

Other blu-rays work fine.

Please check if there is a different audio track, choose it to convert again and see the result.
