DVDFab UHD Ripper (DVDFab v12.0.2.0 (Win))

I tried to rip The Matrix Unloaded to Theater mode. The rip went fine up to 72% and then quit giving me a Read Error message. Nothing is indicated in any of the log files as to why. Anyone else having this problem?
