    Blu-Ray Ripper Freezing On Thor Ragnarok BD

    I have been using blu-ray ripper since around v 8 or 9. Currently on 12.0.2.5.

    While I was lucky to finally get the main movie ripped yesterday, today the program manages to analyze the blu-ray info and main title but freezes up every time I try to preview some of the "Other Titles" and I have to close the program altogether.

    Attaching the dvdfab_internal.log in case there's anything in there to indicate why it is doing this. Also screenshot of the error pop-up and a screenshot of the other logs in case I need to upload a different one.

          We have tried several movies we could not duplicate.
          Please use Copy Clone mode to create an ISO file and then use that ISO file as source to try again with the latest version and see if it will make a difference.

          If same issue, please send the ISO file to us. Thanks in advance.
