DVD Ripper Is AI smoother used when setting 60fps for 3d MKV?

I do appear to have access to the AI smoother in my copy. There is no specific selection for an AI smoother 3D MKV. Only 3D MKV. I can set 60fps output however. Is AI smoother used for that or some other method?
