Dvd to mobile conversion help..

Hi i have a minor issue with dvdfab to mobile what i want to do is convert some dvds which have 2 movies on for some reason when i put it in it doesn't open the disc it happens on all my discs with 2 movies on. They are encoded in long play mode.

Can anyone help.
