Audio Sync Issue

Issue:
I'm using the DVD to iPhone functionality and after the DVD has been converted to an MP4, the movie starts to play fine but about 1/2 way threw the movie, the audio because out of sync w/ the video. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a fix?

If you are converting directly from the disk, this is usually caused by the layer break.

Same issue here. Followed the "best practice" thread and still have the issue.
