Blu-ray to ipod?

Using version 7, I cannot seem to get a compatible output format that will work on my ipod. I have tried converting the video to 640x480 and 1.2Mbs, audio to dolby II, to 128kbs

Nothing seems to work.

Anyone have any ideas or tricks?
