Output from Bluray to Mobile looks awful

Hi

I mentioned when the first beta came out about the jittering when converting from blu-ray to mp4.

Just tried on the latest beta and it still is there. Constantly jitters back and forth. Imagine rendering an interlaced video with the fields reversed and that's what it looks like.

Tried on 4 different blu-ray disks and does it each time.
