BluRay to Mobile - FPS drops to zero

    Hardware:
    CPU: Core2Duo E8500, default settings.
    RAM: 8GB, 4 Modules
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 275 (Driver Ver: 169.21)
Mainboard: ASUS P5N-T Deluxe (nForce 780i), (Default Windows Drivers, as the nvidia drivers gave me too much trouble)
    Optical Drive: LG GGC-H20L (S-ATA)

    Software:
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64, Windows XP Professional x86 SP3

    Blu-Ray Details:
Release Name: Resident Evil Trilogy Limited Steelbook Edition (german)
    Buy Link: http://www.amazon.de/dp/B002RWJL68/
    EAN: 4011976316381
    Disk Name: Resident Evil

    Video Stream: 1080P/MPEG2
Audio Stream: DTS-HD 5.1, english Stream (2nd one in list)
    Subtitles: No subpicture

Detailed Settings for the tried Ripping:
Blu-Ray to Mobile - to AVI
    Preset: AVI.h264.mp3
Encoding Method: High Quality Encoding (2-Pass)
    Fixed Bitrate: 1920kbit/s
    Cropping: Bottom/Top: 28, Left/Right: 5
    Custom Resolution 720x384
MP3 Settings: 256kbit Bitrate, Dolby Pro Logic II Channel, 100% Volume

Additional Setting: CUDA GPU accelleration for video encoding enabled.

    Detailed Problem Description:

Trying to Encode with the Settings above. It starts at about 50-60fps. Goes on to about 0.41%. Then the Encoding FPS Indicator drops to zero and disappears. Nothing happens anymore. DVDFab is not freezed and doesnt crash. I can cancel the Processing and restart it with the same result. I can choose default settings for AVI, MP4, MKV. It doesnt matter, wich profile i use. The Result keeps being the same. FPS drops to zero - dead end.

    Whats wrong here?

Same Settings, another BluRay: Crank 2 (Region B)
    Video Stream: VC1 1080P
    Audio Stream: DTS-HD 5.1

Similar Result. about 83 fps until 0.49%. Then FPS drops to zero.
Seems to be a problem with the hardware acceleration on Encoding.
Disabling it makes DVDFab pass that point.

            Cuda enabled go's to sleep

Same proble here. Works when we dissable CUDA. I have a Quad Core Extream in my HDX18 so that dose help with transcodeing time. I also tried the new NVIDIA notebook driver that just came out but have the same results, just hangs after awhile using CUDA. I'am shure we'll see a update to fix this or a work-a-round soon.
