blu ray to mkv problem

Im trying to pass film 16 streets to mkv but always show the same problem at the final of the process

work 1 failed, error = 504.00 0 filter .....

Somebody can help me ?¿

Same error with the movies Wanted and Jumper. I doubt it specifically related to a movie title.

I take my movie, convert it to a BD9 720p ISO, then attempt to convert that ISO into a 720p MKV, and the error above gets output.

I would try to specify the 'Fixed File Size', but when selecting that radio button, I cannot enter any data into the box. And trying to customize a size under 'Video Effect Settings', however those changes do not stay when made. I still only receive a 1080p mkv (both in file size, and screen size).

No big deal, I know it works using 1080p just fine, so probably something minor. Just the file size is bigger then I would like it to be.
