Transfering DVD Collection to HTPC

Hi,

I have just purchased DVDFab, and would like to transfer my large DVD collection to my new HTPC. What would be the best way to go ahead with this? Do I create ISO file for each DVD or let it give me the standarad Video and Audio Directories with VOB files?
