Subtitles not copying

I have a few foreign fDVDs but when I use the DVD ripper to copy them, it won't copy the subtitles even tho I have the subtitles set to English. Why???

Which subtitle mode did you use for the conversion? Remux, or Render?
When you playback the output video, did you try to enable the subtitles?

We also need the log files to help look into the problem, please submit the log file using the Feedback feature via the DVDFab 13 - Menu.

For me, I want to remux the subs into the file. I've tried a mix of these settings, i would have thought that normal and forced only subs would remux both forced and normal sets of subs into the file. For a few versions now it doesn't remux them into the file, i end up with two extra srt files with the video. I don't know if the OP has the same or similar issue?

Please open the Advanced Settigns panel to adjust the subtitle to a different option if you do not want it to output as a srt file.

Sorry for the delay, I've done that, it fixed the issue of exporting the two files, but it still doesn't show the subtitles with normal and forced setting selected when playing the file. I'd want to keep the forced subs but also have the option to manually put on the full english subs when needed, anything else I can try? Thanks
