Error with Bluray to Mobile

I tried my first blu-ray (Invincible) with no luck. I have ripped main movie to hard drive then use Blu-Ray to mobile with conversion settings at mkv.h264.audiocopy and as soon as I start I receive an error message "500"ish. Glad I did not purchase yet. I stil love all the other features om dvdfab. Thanks....

Could you be more specific with the error code please and the version of Fab you tested?
