Audo not playing at normal speed

So I have encoded for my PS3 and playing it via tversity or the ps3 media server, and i have no audio being played at normal speed on playback.

Surprisingly if i go to 1.5x speed i hear sound!!

i have encoded with default ps3 settings 128bit and 5.1 surround

any tips?

issue is seen on multiple dvd files
